Trouble since tropical storm with tv picture.

Friday as the weather started getting bad my tv's all went out, some channels are just all blurry with audio breaking up and some are better but still can't see them clearly with the pixelated screen. I knew they would go out with the rain but now the rain has stopped for hours and the tv's are still the same. I unplugged one of them and plugged it back in and now it is just frozen on a black screen saying it is aquiring guide data please stand by for over 2 hours now. I tried to check the system setup and I'm not sure if I have the correct answer but I got a 101 and 119 for the signal strenght but it also told me the dish pointing is mismatched. I don't know anything about this so I will be calling them to come out and fix it. I was hoping the weather clearing up would straighten it all out. The other tv's aren't a black screen but all scrambled up with the audio going off and on. on all channels. I was just wondering if anyone might know what was going on with them.

Since it's affecting all the TVs the probable cause is that the dish moved, or there is water in the LNB. A service call from DirecTV is your best bet to solve this. It's free if you have the protection plan, $50 otherwise but it includes any DirecTV equipment they have to replace.
