trouble
We had direct TV and we moved-the installer came on Tuesday Oct 5(in the PM) and installed at our new location- On Wednesday Oct 6 AM our programming went out it said to call 771 on every cannel- I called into support- they walked me through some steps to troubleshoot- They told me they would have the local office schedule an appointment. The local office called me back and said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours to schedule appointment-COME ON- as of now I still have not gotten an appointment for them to come out and fix WHATEVER they didn't do correct the first time- We were contiplating on wheather to go back with Direct TV for our move or go with DISH- looks like we have made the wrong choice for now!!!--Also when I called in to sched the move I was not offered any promotion- I had to call them on Oct 5 PM and ask about it-
