TV display changes sizes
Today, while watching TV, the screen display size changes automatically. Never happened before. If I use ok button, it will change back to HD mode, but then it changes back again to smaller screen display. How do I 'fix' it?

Hi, @JLSafety_2025. Is this issue happening on multiple channels or just one? Have you also attempted to adjust your TV ratio to check if it continues to change on its own? Rizza, DIRECTV Community Specialist

TV is connected to DirectTV via a HDMI dongle. NO box.

My Update info: When it changes from the full screen, HD mode, it reverts to the initial opening screen, showing current program in "picture in picture" and the options on what I want to select (HDMI input selection site, Hulu, etc.), NOT a smaller version of the screen I am watching.

Sounds like a TV setting issue. What brand/model TV?
Are you a DirecTV Satellite or DirecTV Stream customer?
