TV input- stuck on channel three.

My daughter changed the channel and now we are stuck on channel three. The TV input button wont work and we can't get back to video 1 for Direct TV. The remote will turn on and off the TV as well as the volume and menu.

Can't even see Direct TV to try and solve it that way.
