Universal remotes

I have talked to Best Buy, Sony, and DirecTv. Does anyone know of a remote that works with the DirecTv HD DVRs? I have an Emerson tv that seems to be difficult enough to get universal remotes to work with, and when I finally did our receiver doesn't work with it. (Because the DirecTv remote doesn't work with out tv.) If anyone can help me, especially one that's not over $100, I'd greatly appreciate being steered in the correct direction for a universal remote that works with these new HD DVRs!
