I had a supposedly direct manager call today and wanted me to pay $195 for a software update. He had my billed amount and last four digits of the card I use to pay my bill. Is this legit or a scam?

SCAM!!! DTV software updates are free. That info is out there to anyone to buy on the dark web. It is rare for DTV to call you.

There is a box with lines in it at the top of this page,that is the DM/PM AFAIK it only appears when there is a message to reply to.
