verifying my dvr replacement appointment- made thursday appt with heather yesterday

hi- i was on the phone with a heather from montana saturday morning setting up my service call to replace my dvr with a HR 54 model for this thursday between 8 and 12. she recommended i check and see if any appointments cancel to see if i can get an appt to not wait 4 days. i checked the system and no appointment is scheduled, can direct tv verify my appt and move to an earlier appt if possible? paul
