VFTV Vietnamese channel 2033 stuttering and lagging. When is the fix?

• Locate the reset button, the small red button located inside the access card door.
• Press the red button, then wait for your receiver to reboot.

It's almost certain to be a problem at the source, but lets check your signals anyway.

look at the 103CA signal strengths, TP5 - what signal level do you see?

@ATTHelp I already reset the receiver and no solution

I understand that you have reset your receiver and changed HDMI ports. One thing that may be causing the channel to lag could be the dish. Please check to see the dish is clear from any water buildup. You can wipe it off with a soft cloth if needed. Also, make sure that there are no objects or trees in the way of your dish's view.

Lastly, make sure that all cables from your wall to receiver and receiver to TV are firmly connected into the device.

I had hoped ATT would help you, its a simple question.

What directv receiver do you have?

@ATTHelp  I did all of that, and I even set an appointment to have the tech to come out to solve my problem. The tech did all the troubleshooting he can think of and cannot solve my problem. Eventually the tech  told me this is not Directv hardware problem that I am experience, but rather the broadcaster VFTV on Channel 2033. SBTN broadcaster on channel 2033 is fine but not with VFTV broadcaster on channel 2033. I also found another person experience the same problem too. Can you please escalate this problem to VFTV broadcaster to let them know this? I cannot watch the VFTV broadcaster shows and such without experience stuttering, lagging, and graphics glitching every 5 to 10 seconds.

Nope, this is a customer to customer forum with no access to DTV, the few employees on here are on their own time.

@shannon02 At least @ATTHelp can escalate this issue to higher department to look into this issue. Channel 2033 is unwatchable a lot of times with stuttering, lagging, and graphics glitching every 5 to 10 seconds. This is like you are watching a live sport that keep stuttering, lagging, and graphics glitching every 5 to 10 seconds. Who want to enjoy that? 

@ATTHelp Please escalate this issue to higher department. When is the fix? This issue happened more than 2 weeks now.
