View Playlist Mismatch w/All Recordings

​Menu and screen showing "View Playlist" shows old recordings that don't show up when I select "View Playlist"/"All Recordings". I have reset my DVR multiple times but that doesn't resolve the issue. It seems to be a new issue that appeared within the last few months.​

litzdog911: Thanks for responding. I'm working with Jhon from Directv. Model #C61-700. All DVRs were replaced by Directv within the past few months.

C61 is a Genie Min Client. It's not your DVR. Be sure to try resetting your main DVR using the red reset button near the access card.

@litzdog911 Correct. I've reset red button and unplugged device multiple times but that did not resolve the issue. Let's see what Jhon comes back with after he does his research

What's the main DVR model number?  That's what you reset, right?
