Waiting on receiver signal

Can’t even watch a 30 minute show without losing my connection 5 times! My price goes up every year and my service worsens by the month! Completely unacceptable! We pay entirely too much for our service to go through this! I’ve reset, re started, and everything else and still no luck! Can’t wait to terminate when i can get someone on the phone, which also takes hours! Sad
