West Coast Network Feeds Flaky
I just recently noticed when I went to watch some recordings that channels 383, 387, and 389. Cut in and out constantly. All my other channels are fine as far as I know. I don't get 381 because of my "local" (still can't get it over the air, regardless of what they say) CBS channel, so I don't know if it's bad or not.
Although I just noticed it, this has been happening for months. I have very big DVRs and save things a long time. Recordings from August look mostly OK, but cut out the same way but minutes apart. Seems to have gotten worse since then. By October it was pretty bad. It cuts in and out about every six seconds now, which makes it pretty much unwatchable.
These channels used to work fine, so I'm wondering whether they've moved out of the sight of my old dish or whether there's a problem on my end. I was planning to upgrade to a newer system soon anyway, but it's distressing that I thought I was recording shows and now find that they're useless.
