WET610N not Hooking up to router!

I have read several posts on here and other places about getting my WET610N bridge hooked/linked up to my router but to no avail! I have a Gateway 2wire router that the WET610N just won't link up to!! Now first question, will the WET610N link up with the 2wire? I have heard no and yes, so confused about that?? sencond question if it will link up how in the heck do you do it, i have done the instrutional cd in pc, error code 109, cannot connect, and tried hooking the bridge to dvr and error code 22?? any help before I throw all this stuff out the window???
