Where is our tech

we would like to know where our tech is he was supposed to be here btween 8-12 today and still hasn’t arrived

Where is my tech. The tech has shown up twice with the wrong work order, and today he didn't show up at all. VERY FRUSTRATED!

my tech was also supposed to arrive between 8-12 today 10-15-19. didn't hear from the tech till i called directtv and they told me in a half hour u will hear from him. upon hearing i was told he would arrive today. well at 345 this afternoon i received a call from the third party dispatch telling me the tech was not coming today. i called direct tv yet again and went through 2 reps and 1 supervisor before getting really mad and speaking to a manager. the manager told me the same spiel the rest have we r sorry but they r over booked and unable to come now till Saturday 10-19-19.... between 12-4pm. let alone missing a days of pay to be there. all they gave me was a $30 bill credit for a service i dont even have yet. then telling me they will make sure someone is out on Saturday. other people i know when the tech has not shown received a $200 gift card. so you wont treat your new customers like your existing ones? i am highly thinking about canceling with direct TV and going to dish network. i have never heard so many excuses like they have in one day.
