Whole Home Problem with network
We recently had the Whole Home system installed. The first installer had no idea what he was doing. He just put the Deca boxes on the back of the receivers and left. So after we determined that nothing worked we got a supervisor out. He resintalled it and we *thought*it was all good to go. However, we have had to restart my inlaws DVR (HR 22)twice to get them back on the whole home system. Without any changes to our network setup we have lost connectivity for our PS3 and XBox 360.
Anyone else come across this or have any help for us. We are at our wits end!
The other 2 HD DVRs that we have (both HR 20's) have not had any problems so far.
We aren't sure if it is a possible IP conflict issue? Our router is set on dynamic not static but I can't think of what else could be an issue since we have changed NOTHING on our network. We did reset the router and modem to see if this helps but no luck.
At this point we are thinking of calling the supervisor again but feel that he may just respond that it is our network issue and nothing to do with DirecTV.
Thanks in advance for any help provided.

The Whole Home system should have no effect on your PS3 or your Xbox unless you connected Ethernet cables to the DVR's, did you (or the installer)? Whole Home must have the TV Internet Connection Service installed which uses a DECA module with power supply to connect to your router using coax.
