Received 0x418 software Wed. morning. Have 2 hr24 boxes. One connected directly to 3d samsung with straight hdmi cable. other box connected to matrix switcher so so the 2nd box can be watched in either bedroom. Sinse the software upgrade, which ever box you have on, shows on all 4 tv's.Dtv tech support said they would escalate the problem. Any body have any suggestions?
