Wireless mini won't connect to my genie 2 tower

Hi. Just received my new wireless minis. I disconnected the old minis.  Connected the new mini to tv. With hdmi.. plugged in..  got a message it cant connect.  I unplugged the tower 30 seconds. Plugged in. Reset the mini.. same message...   I'm lost.  Tried both new minis... and same message.

Just to clarify, are all of your devices connected to the internet? For further troubleshooting steps, we also recommend letting us know what type of Wireless Genie Mini you recently received.
