Won't turn on - can I talk to an actual person via support?

Very frustrated - box will not turn on from remote or the Power button on the box.  Yes I have done a reset, unplugged for 15, plug in, checked wires, etc.  Nothing has changed from last night when it worked.

 

I try to call support and it is all automated, does anyone have a number I can call and talk to a REAL PERSON please?

Call the same number, when asked to describe your problem say "customer service".

I tried "Technical Support" and still got a automated step by step process to correct the picture, or give a 2 or 3 digit code.  Annoying.
