Worst customer service in history

Signed up for service on 16 August 2019. Made installation appointment for 18 August 2019 between 12-4:00. That came and went no tech or phone call or email. Next day called spent 3 hours on the phone for them to say it was a dispatch problem. They made appointment for Wednesday 12-4:00. Tech came out and just basically said he can’t and won’t install it. Got new appointment for Friday 23 August 2019 12-400. It’s 3:37 now no tech or call. Called customer service and appointment got moved to Tuesday 27 August 2019 12-4:00. I don’t agree to this change or approve it. They said someone will call and come out to my house.  Yeah if it happens I’ll be surprised. Worst ever service and phone people barely speak English. And are always saying sorry. If they are sorry this wouldn’t be happening.

Of course the forum won’t let me upload the picture off my phone showing the day of install being today not the 27August
