wrong serial number genie

DirecTV equipment return wrong serial number. I returned the four genie's that came with my 4k update 2 years ago. one serial number was wrong and i did not get credit for it.  What do do to correct this? I have had the same account for five years. I have the serial numbers that I returned from UPS receipt.

I called and talked to Joy. She checked my records and found the equipment and said there will be no charge for the unit with the wrong serial number, as I had reported it two years ago when I upgraded to 4K. I am very happy with the results. Joy did a good job investigating and correcting the problem. Thank you. Happy Easter!!!!!
