Zoomed in TV

I leaned on the remote control touching some combination of buttons causing my TV(Sony KDL-52XBR4) to zoom in a little and now I can't get it back to the normal setting. I am missing about 3 inches on both top and bottom and both sides of the screen. Has anyone ever had this problem. I am willing to try anything and have already contacted the help desk at DirectTV and have reset the receiver using the red button in the front door and tried resetting the receiver in the reset menu and wiping out all the settings. Nothing has worked. I am getting desperate. This is only a problem when I am watching TV from the DVR receiver. If I watch a Blu-ray DVD or use my PS3 there is no problem with the picture. I also have 2 other HD receivers in the house and neither of them are having any problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
