I am shocked. With Hulu being a competitor I didn't think they would get a deal.
But as for when, nobody knows until it is announced.

In the new deal, Hulu is part of that new deal as far as when or what packages no one here knows.

I'm guessing that Hulu's library will be the new "on demand" of sorts. Whereas some TV providers have/had "on demand" menus and those have been rapidly shrinking because of things like Max and Paramount+, I'm guessing that Disney is taking their content OFF the providers On Demand menus and putting them ON Hulu and Disney+.
I'd expect this access to NOT include live TV content, but to include ads.
