Credit for Disney dispute via tvpromise.com site

I applied for a credit when it was first announced through the tvpromise.com website of $20 due to the Disney dispute.  When this was raised to $30, I once again visited the site and it informed me that I was already enrolled for the $30 credit.  Were these credits supposed to appear immediately?  My bill was charged today the full amount, and I do not see any credit related to the dispute.  Have these credits been issued yet?  Conveniently, my price increase for next month is certainly notated on my charges and credits.

Thanks

Typically they disclose within 1-2 bills. So credits may get spread out to be manageable for their budget. As such I would not expect it to show on the immediate balance. Yours sounds like an example where bill was coming out so soon that it would process before the credit hit (hence why not saying next bill if they pass each other).

Simply put, I would expect the credit on the next one. Your bill simply produced before the credit did.

It says right on the tvpromise website --on the page where you enter your email --that it takes 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear.

Thanks - but the site has been updated since the dispute was resolved, so you can no longer see info related to the credit request for my zip and service. But if that's the timeline it had said when I submitted, I appreciate the info. BUT - I did see this support article that mentions the two billing cycles https://www.directv.com/support/article/000098366
