Hi, @Greenetony. We're sorry your complaint was removed, and we value your loyalty to us. Costs of producing content continue to increase, so we periodically adjust pricing. We see you have posted sensitive personal information, and please remove that for your protection. We'd love to make this right and turn your experience around. @Greenetony
This is a public forum so do not post personal info (like phone number).
It shows this is your first post. Did the original one not save or was it created under a different user name? Or was your "complaint" listed somewhere else.
There is a annual price adjustment to keep up with the increasing costs from the networks. This gets notified with the bill info or a separate email. Normally the adjustment occurs in January, but the recent one was early in November 2023.
DIRECTV STREAM Price Changes for 2023
If your internet bill went up, then you'll need to check with your ISP (AT&T or otherwise) as DirecTV is not an Internet Service Provider.

Grace period? You mean for paying your bill? Bill produces on day 2 of your cycle and (if not on autopay) is due day 20. That gives you approximately a 10 day grace period before the next cycle starts and any late fees charged. If past due, the next bill would should when you would be interrupted and have until then to pay or see about a payment arrangement option.
As for better equipment, what are the models of each box you have now? Is there something specific you're looking for or just "better" in general?

Apologies, you have DIRECTV STREAM. Billing is a bit different from regular DirecTV. You are on autopay for essentially a prepaid service. You don't pay, you don't get service, simple as that.
And 'we' didn't raise your bill, this is a public forum of other customers. But their costs go up then so do the bills, simple economics. To call that inexcusable is blind to how that works.
You want better equipment, then you buy it. Firestick, Roku, etc. You use your own chosen streaming device or DirecTV's Gemini (correct version for STREAM vs satellite of course).
