New record for phone hold time
One hour 58 minutes. I've got the screen shot to prove it. Then it hung up without ever being answered.
The phone system said at beginning of call wait time was one hour, it then later said 5 more minutes for about 30 minutes
I tried to use the AI chat and it was frozen, prior to calling
I also know that there is no email support.
This company is flat out avoiding customer service. There is no other way I know of to request Interruption credit. They are callously doing that math IMHO.

2 hours on the phone without an agent is a pain for sure. When did you call? The best time to attempt to reach them over phone is mid-day Eastern Time during the week.

I never did reach anyone after being on the phone and chat for over an hour. And their website has no link to purchase a new remote even though there are instructions listed. Looking like I will need to find another streaming service.

They just had a bad technical issue that swamped them with calls in the last couple days. Likely that overflowed to today.
They are not "flat out avoiding customer service". You just had to wait in line like everyone else. A screenshot doesn't change what happened.
