Over 4hours on hold
Our streaming went out, we've done all the trouble shooting including confirming our connection was good and sufficient. We are instructed to call Directv, but yesterday we were on hold for 2hrs, this morning 2hrs and I'm now on hold. That's well over 4hrs of waiting and still have not been able to get a hold of anyone. Any advise. I would like to cancel if this is the level of service, but I can't get a hold of anyone.

There is a known outage concerning the Gemini devices and customer service is swamped because of it they are working on a fix. The only thing that has seemed to help for some people is to do a factory reset of your Gemini box. That is if your Gemini will turn on and are able to go into settings to do this. If not then hold the reset button on your box until it shows the Directv Logo then it should say underneath that resetting. Hope this helps you.
