Switching from Directv to Directv Streaming.
Started approximately a month ago the process to switch from Directv Satellite to Directv Streaming. Have spoken with at least 7+ customer support employees attempting to get the streaming device delivered to my home with no luck. They have set up a new Streaming account, confirmed the order and already billed me, but no one can explain why the Streaming Device has not been delivered. I do not live in a remote area where there would be any problems delivering anything. The personnel I speak with seam very understanding and assure me they’ll get this taken care of. They can easily find the order, and assure me it’s on the way, but it never happens. My last contact seemed to be someone that could help and he even called me back and elevated it to a Supervisor but no one followed up.

Do you have a tracking number for the shipment? Unfortunately, this is just an open community forum of users and subscribers. No one has access to subscriber accounts. You will need to continue to contact support.

I would ask for the tracking number. That way you can see status and verify with shipper if they had a delivery issue or if it has been a while since package was last scanned (lost or just didn't leave last location)

Was it a porch pirate situation?
Is it DirecTV Stream or DirecTV via Internet? Only one of those comes with a device (and a two-year contract.) If you have DirecTV Stream, it's my understanding that you have to use your own device such as a Roku, Chromecast or gaming system.
