DirecTV doesn't give discounts based on category of customer. Pay TV is just entertainment.
AT&T wireless on the other hand, may have programs for law enforcement and such being an active communication opiton. You will need to check the AT&T website or call into their support to look into any opotions they have.

DirecTV and AT&T are 2 separate companies. Suggest you contact AT&T directly in regard to discounts.
