Are there any discounts available for DirecTV Stream?

I am on the Choice package and I am paying full price $108.99 + $10 for Unlimited DVR + $15.99 for MAX.

I tried chatting with a Support representative yesterday to find out if there is any way to bring down my bill without changing my service, and she apologized and said they are working on creating available offers but they don't have anything to provide at this time.

I thought I was previously able to agree to a long-term contract for a discount on my bill, but it seems that option is taken away; and currently even new customers get a $10 discount for 3 months only.

Has anyone been able to get any long-term discounts applied or deals to lower the regular cost of their bill?
