I feel as if I have been left in the dark after signing up for Dish Streaming.

I signed up for dish streaming over a week ago, and have not heard any information regarding equipping shipping, Etc. Who can I contact? I do not want to talk to a sales agent again. That in itself was a harrowing experience. Any help or information will be appreciated. Thank you

Do you mean DIRECTV STREAM, or the next version DirecTV by Internet? (Dish refers to another company).

Did you get enough info to setup your account online? If so, try logging in to see if you can look at order status.

Otherwise for who to contact, that would be calling DirecTV of course. This is a public forum so we can provide guidance, but do not have access to accounts.

I'm sorry, I meant DirecTV by internet. What I was looking for was a phone number, or email address. Yes, I did check on my account, and it shows no movement. My concern is the period of time to cancel my new account without penalty. I thought I was told that this time period starts when the order is placed, and not from the time the equipment is received.
