There is no app for older Samsung TVs. The best solution is to get an alternative streaming device to attach to each supported (smart or not) TV that they don't support with a native app (and many would recommend that even for smart TVs they do support). Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV devices are supported. The Fire TV Stick in particular is a popular choice (and inexpensive, especially if you catch it during one of the frequent sales). Chromecast is also an option. Roku was a supported option, and we hope will be again at some point, but currently DIRECTV Stream and Roku have some sort of business disagreement, which keeps that app from being available.
If by "different locations" you mean different geographical locations - yes, you can. Most of the service is available anywhere in the US. However, it is less defined which local channels you would get. On a mobile device, you would (generally?) get the locals from where you are, but on a TV streamer you might those, or the ones from your "home location", or possibly none. This seems to depend on the particular device and perhaps some random factors. Unfortunately, they've never bothered to spell out the specfics.
If you mean different locations at the same time - also yes. The limit is the total number of streams, not where they are.
