New DTV Stream Subscriber - Error Code 8012

signed up 12/20 to free trial 105+ channel DTV stream plan. Have been unable to sign into the app for 5 days now. Signing in on the web I can verify the subscription. Clicking WATCH NOW on the site puts me through a redirect loop. Have tried different browsers, clearing cache, history, cookies, private browser, disabling extensions, and different networks. No VPN or proxy used. Nothing will work. Very bad experience to start. Reached out for help on day one with no response. Will switch to YouTube in 2 days (before I’m charged) if not resolved.

Are you a previous DirecTV Satellite subscriber? Are you using the same credentials for both services (id/password). You need to use a different email address for both services.
