parent control
If you can not provide parent control what is this the stone ages there is software for it/why do you have on your service when you can not provide it very misleading a little bate and sale/ with this I will no longer be able to use service

DirecTV has parental controls, but DIRECTV STREAM is lacking in those features (for how long we do not know). If that is a important feature for you than you will need to seek another provider at this time.

What device(s) are you using to stream? Parental controls are available on Directv devices.
