No. Many are. But the Samsung DirecTV Stream App is junk. Don't bother. Scan the posts here describing numerous issues with that App. You'll have much better experience with a $30 Roku or FireStick.
And for what its worth the Samsung app is horrible with loys of issues not fixed or want be fixed. 100's of posts on the app. If you go with the service use an external streaming device.
I think most are, but not necessarily all of them. However, the Samsung "smart" TV app is well-known to be rather poor compared to having a dedicated streaming box such as a Roku, the DIRECTV STREAM box, or something else. As such the app for the Samsung TV is not recommended.
