As @litzdog911 mentioned, the streaming service will work with Starlink internet and the Amazon fire stick. If you have additional doubts or questions, please don't hesitate to contact us back.
Thank you. To be a little more specific I was using another streaming service and it would not acknowledge my satellite internet as my “home” internet service even though it connected to it. Because of this anomaly my “local” stations were from Atlanta, some 200+ miles from me. Nothing against Atlanta, but I don’t want to watch their local news and weather. Is this going to be an issue with DIRECTV streaming?
No worries, most of the streaming devices work by using location services regardless the app you use. When you use ours, if you receive local channels from other locations, what we recommend is turning off the location services, so you can receive local channels based on your billing ZIP code.

If you have satellite internet, just check what kind of data allowance you have (if any). Check your usage once in a while to make sure all is well.

Currently Starlink doesn't have any data cap.

That's good. I just remember that used to be one of the cons of satellite internet.
