I think now i know why people seem to dislike AT&T.I ordered 2 directv stream boxes by phone on sunday they told me it would be delivered between 10 am and 12 p.m. on monday, 1p.m. still no boxess here, I checked my email but it says the boxes would be delivered between 3.00 A.M and 5.00A.M.and that an installer would have to be there! finally after i called back got someone to change the delivery day for 1 to2 days from now with no installer needed.!
I could understand sending an installer for satellite srvice but not for a streaming box,I actually had to threaten to cancel the order , but in the end the person on the phone changed the order for me,now i just hope everything goes smoothly.
Are you sure you didn't accidentally order Sat. service because, I have never heard of them sending an installer out for streaming service only Sat. service installations because the streaming boxes do not require anything that would need to be installed.

I received my Dtv Stream box via fedex overnight. Ordered it online and got it the next day. Dtv Stream doesn't send out installers.

Check the order! DirecTV (satellite) requires tech install but DIRECTV STREAM does not.
