Won't let me sign in DIRECTV STREAM
We had an ATT account for telephone and wireless--with a user name and password. My husband decided to add TV to our account--and the person he spoke to on the phone gave him another user name and password. The box came and he set it up and when it came time to activate it, it did not recognize either user name/password combination! Help! Tried to bundle them and that's not working either!

Try going to your App Store or Google play store and download the DIRECTV STREAM app. Try the username that the agent gave you over phone and reset your password. Once your able to log in through the App. Use the same username and password on your Tv with the DIRECTV STREAM Box
