DirecTV Cinema Movies

I am looking for more information about the DirecTV Cinema Movie service?

If a rent our buy a movie, can I watch it on just my TV or can I stream it from a phone or tablet?
If I buy a movie via DirecTV Cinema Movie do I get to keep them forever, and watch them on other devices like an Apple TV. Based on this page I think so https://www.directv.com/moviesanywhere
