100 Dollars Rewards Card
I was told that my 100-dollar rewards card was mailed out on Dec 23rd, 2023. I still have not received it. I tried calling everyone at Direct TV.
you can see that I explained I had not received it they all told me to call the rewards team well you call the number for the rewards team and all you get is a stupid robot I have informed delivery so I know what I'm getting the mail and when ok I want my rewards card
As I was promised, I thought that this was just a scam. Just get people to sign up and you receive nothing. That's what I'm thinking. I'm thinking I should go with Dish instead because this is all a scam.

You are not stuck with us for two years. We are customers like you. This is not DirecTV support, but a public forum.
Keep your posts to a single thread instead of creating new ones over and over for the same thing. Replying to a discussion from years ago also doesn't help.
We are customers trying to help you but you have refused to answer questions that could give you guidance. So if you want help then answer what has been asked as that is important info.
Otherwise if you don't want help from the forum, and cannot resolve over the phone, your option is to file a BBB complaint. That goes to corporate/upper management and usually results in contact within a few business days.
Again, further spamming of the forum (repeated new threads for same discussion or digging up from years ago) can result in consequences for your account so please stop.

It's a direct TV rewards card it says direct TV rewards on it well that what it shows on the website for the card just frustrating because I really could of used it to pay my direct TV bill this month between taking care of my husband and having difficulty with direct TV it's just over welming this picture of me and my husband on my profile it's from 8year ago when he was well
