How long since you paid the bill? It can take a day or so for the account to reactivate. In the meantime, try refreshing your subscription authorization via www.directv.com/refresh
Log into your account to see if it shows payment posted. Verify it was for balance in full, not just past due, as that is a requirement to turn back on.
If you paid through a 3rd party method (even your bank's bill pay) it can take up to 3 business days to post. Paying over the phone through the automated system or online directly in your DirecTV account is usually within a couple hours, or by start of business day if it is very late in the day.
As long as everything is fine with payment (posted, full amount, etc.), and account shows active, then refresh service authorizations www.directv.com/refresh and even red button reset your boxes so everything is in sync.
Otherwise instead of just waiting days, call customer support as they may need to reactivate manually. This is a public forum of other customers, so we have no access to your account.
