At&t Direct tv collections

I have a collections bill for At&t Direct tv for 287.00. I also checked my credit report and sure enough it is on there.

The deal is, I have never had ANY service with Direct tv.

How do I correct this?

For any questions or concerns you have with the collections bill, you'll need to contact the collection agency that's stated on the bill.

If you feel that an unauthorized account was opened with AT&T. Please call our Fraud Management department at 888.471.4576 to report the account.
