Beware Another Scam Phone Call
Call Assist recorded the following call from 350-200-9xx5 [phone number edited]
"Hello! This is Elizabeth from AT&T DirecTV. I'm leaving you this voicemail for you to call back as soon as possible. Your 50% discount on your monthly bill is set to expire tonight, and if we do not hear from you today, this change will be permanent. Please call back at the number showing on your caller ID to keep your discount active. Thank you."

You've caught the big scam.
DirecTV doesn't call to offer discounts. Up to you to contact them by their official support number to discuss account.
There haven't been 50% off specials. They must stay profitable after all, not price themselves out of service.
AT&T sold off DirecTV. That transaction completed last year. So any mention of AT&T is a false offer as they are out of the TV business. Be careful, those crooks will eventually update their scam scripts.
It is great to share examples of those scams. Just don't share the number. Risk of pulling up in searches or inattentive (or too curious) people actually calling it. Once you're on a crook's radar, scam calls can increase as it only takes one success to make it all worth it for them.
