Bills paid months ago are now showing past due.
I show 2 monthly payments for posted for January 30, 2026 ($322.70) and February 25, 2026 ($367.80). On May 5th both of these amounts were added back on to my bill. Months later! These have cleared my account. I don't understand why these were reposted. Now I have been threatened with a past due action of deactivating my service. Please help!

Log into your account online.
Verify on the bills that payment is listed (so you know it didn't go to wrong account)
Check if they show payment declined or returned.
Also verify payment was for full balance as shown (not even a dollar short)
If all that looks good, call DirecTV and speak to support. This is a customer to customer forum so we don't have access to your bills.
