AT&T has sold off DTV to be completed in Oct.  The new owners are moving things over to them.

Who are the new owners?

TPG a private equity firm.

TPG has owned 30% of DirecTV since 2021. AT&T last year sold them the remaining 70%, though transaction still needs to complete later this year.
