Can't pay my bill
So you (Edited per community guidelines) can't figure out how do monthly (Edited per community guidelines)ing billing and yet again are charging me zero for this month and so next months bill will be double and north of $600.
And your (Edited per community guidelines)ing website is so bad, I can't go in and just pay what I know I owe, because it the same (Edited per community guidelines)ing monthly recurring (Edited per community guidelines)ing charge that you (Edited per community guidelines)s can't figure out how to bill properly.

We are not billing you. This is a public forum of other customers. For official support you call DirecTV (or AT&T as it sounds like you may have a combined bill if monthly is over $300).
