Care code 205.4

Directv login keeps giving an error code saying it’s not my ID when trying to authenticate to watch through Amazon FireStick.  This is starting to (Edited per community guidelines) me off.  I’ve cleared data and cache on the apps, I’ve cleared my browser history on my phone (which is how I’m trying to log in, the app gives you a code and then I go to the URL given to log in).  I’ve changed my password on my directv account and it’s still giving the same message.  Complete (Edited per community guidelines).

Hello @biglor93, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Our team is now in charge of this, as it's a know issue, so they're working to resolve it.

As soon as it gets fixed, you'll be able to use the service as normal.

We understand the importance of enjoying your favorite programming, @biglor93.

This is a known issue that is being handled by the Broadcaster Center, this issue presents when attempting to log in to 3rd party apps with your DIRECTV Subscription.

As soon as it gets resolved, you will be able to access to the channel or feature. We appreciate your comprehension.

I can't login to my directTV account now that it is tied to AT&T.  Keep getting error message 205.4.  I have changed password three times.  The only thing I can log into is AT&T which doesn't include Direct TV.  The message on AT&T site says to go to Direct TV but - endless rotating do nothing loop.  Sue  Account 75346239  Also I would have appreciated knowing that this change was going to occur.

Well, I can tell from other posts on this forum that it’s been weeks now that y’all are dealing with this issue.  No offense, but AT&T is a Fortune 500 company and any other company in that esteem would probably have this fixed in a matter of days, if not hours.  Starting to think I may be better off just finding another tv provider that can actually deliver on the service being paid for.
