Changing DIRECTV login email address

I tried that on both my iPad and laptop.  Now I get a message "Something went wrong please try again".

Was ATT & DirectTV.  Now just DirecTV.  How can I pay my bill.  Didn't receive an e-mail

Log into your DirecTV account. If needed call support. This is a public forum of other customers, not a place to make changes on your account.

Unable to pay bill. Just continue to get error messages. You don't even get to screen to put information in to began with.

Unable to pay bill from DIRECTV site. Continue to get error message even before request to put infor in.

If it matters to anyone, you have to access website from internet within country. It does not support international access.
