I paid all my bills and had a credit . They refunded me back but now they’re saying I owe them the amount I refunded . I keep calling but just keep getting the robot since I don’t have an account with them

What was the refund for? Was it a pro-rated amount on your final bill and how long ago was this? AT&T does not pro-rate your final bill unless you live in California, Illinois or NY.
