My Billing Statement states that my account is disconnected and that there is a credit balance. How do I get the credit balance owed me?

Historically, if there is a credit balance then DirecTV automatically refunds that once 30 days since the cancellation has occurred. As a note, cancellation occurs the end of the service month, not the day you called.
Though it is very unusual to have a credit balance anymore. DirecTV stopped prorating the final bill over 3 years ago. So normally there is a $0 balance, or a new bill with an amount owed if you had an early cancellation fee (ECF) or unbilled PPVs found on the equipment. I would verify if that is your final bill or not.
