By charges and purchase I suspect you are referring to PPVs. If you didn't order them, time to discuss with your household. If they were iPPV (impulse PPV), which is by the remote, the receiver will have it in the purchase history. The bill, and at least the account, can verify by what method they were ordered.
At best, DirecTV might provide a one-time courtesy credit for PPVs. This is not done again as it is expected that you then are aware of options to prevent PPV orders, such as setting up Parental Controls on each receiver.
