Error trying to login to Directv.com and Att.com

I cannot login to either site from a Windows 11 PC using Edge or using Chrome. The sites always return an error page. The error on the page is:

An error occurred while processing your request.

To clarify: I am NOT having trouble logging into Directv Stream from my TV. I am having trouble logging into the WEB site Directv.com

Hi, @Chipper917. We've confirmed directv.com is working as expected. Try clearing your cache and cookies and/or using a different web browser. You could also try using another device (phone, tablet, etc.). Roland, DIRECTV Community Specialist

Do you have a VPN? 

Try turning off the VPN.  When I've seen a similar error message, it is because my VPN is on.
